Regarding Confirmations:

When booking in advance, I will request you to confirm the appointment the day of, by a certain time. If you neglect to confirm by that time, you WILL lose your appointment. I will then consider this a short notice cancellation (see below)

Cancellations:

Reasonable Cancellation:

This is when you cancel an appointment prior to the confirmation time (usually more than 4 hours notice). I don't mind reasonable cancellations, as shit happens, however if you happen to cancel in a reasonable matter 3 times in a row, I will have to limit you to short notice sessions.

Short Notice Cancellation:

Cancelling after you have already confirmed an appointment, or cancelling a short notice appointment. Again, I understand shit happens, however out of respect for me, and my other clients, if you cancel with short notice twice in a row, I will no longer see you.

No-Shows:

When you simply do not show up for a confirmed appointment. Again, shit happens, so I can be understanding, but would expect an apology/explanation within 24 hours. Without that, you will be on my personal blacklist, and possibly a province wide blacklist. Clients who are regulars who do this, may be granted a subsequent session, but they will be expected to reimburse me for my wasted time (usually half the appointment time of the previous session).

Booking a session:

I strongly recommend 24 hours notice when booking a session. I have very limited availablilty, due to other endevours outside of the industry.

24 Hours Notice: 95% chance of getting your requested time.

12 Hours Notice: 70% chance of getting your requested time.

5 Hours Notice: 50% chance of getting your requested time.

2 Hours Notice: 30% chance of getting your requested time.

Less than 2 hours Notice: 5% chance of getting your requested time.
